Bio:
Craig Jones, a certified personal trainer, is the founder of Health Will Mater, LLC. He has been personally involved in fitness since 1987. Through the years he has gained knowledge in kinesiology, which includes anatomy, biomechanics, advanced exercise physiology, and has had post-rehabilitation training.
Also, not being a physical therapist, but having had the opportunity to learn the art of physical therapy, Craig offers more than the average fitness expert. He has consulted with The Center for Integrative Medicine associated with the George Washington University Medical Center. He provides his service to individuals and groups at various locations, and provided his services at the National Institute of Health (NIH). Craig’s goal is to educate and motivate everyone he works with to feel, move, and function better while teaching them how to avoid injury and reduce pain.
Craig is currently expanding his education to offer an additional service as well as enhance his fitness training. He is a 2017 MPH candidate as he is attending the George Washington University in Washington, DC to earn a master’s in public health with a concentration in physical activity.
Craig Jones possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology with a minor in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College. He also earned a master’s in social work from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He is a certified personal trainer and a Maryland licensed graduate social worker.
